Jocelyn has a strong Urban Planning background, specifically in zoning and land use, demographic/economic analyses, and long-range community planning. She regularly assists in the navigation of complex client zoning issues. In addition, she has significant commercial real estate experience, including in the utilization of business intelligence tools to strategically evaluate and assess large client portfolios. 

Prior to joining Calfee Zoning, Jocelyn worked as a Senior Client Strategy & Consulting Analyst at CBRE. Before joining CBRE, Jocelyn served as a City Planner for the City of Cincinnati and has held planning and zoning consulting roles both in the United States and in Canada. 

Jocelyn serves as Chair of the Congress for the New Urbanism (CNU) Midwest Chapter and is a member of the North College Hill Board of Zoning Appeals. Jocelyn resides in the urban core of Cincinnati and is a frequent contributor to Urban Cincy.  She has also been featured in Conde Nast Magazine.
